Members - Terms |
By signing up and actively using the DollarClickOrSignUp program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. DollarClickOrSignUp may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with DollarClickOrSignUp if they are subscribed to the mailing list. If not subscribed they will ne notified via inbox. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the DollarClickOrSignUp program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

| Relationship of the Parties |
You and DollarClickOrSignUp are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and DollarClickOrSignUp. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of DollarClickOrSignUp. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the DollarClickOrSignUp program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

DollarClickOrSignUp will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or DollarClickOrSignUp program, even if DollarClickORSignUp has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,DollarClickOrSignUp aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with DollarClickOrSignUp and may result in legal prosecution. DollarClickOrSignUp strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. DollarClickOrSignUp may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. DollarClickOrSignUp will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

If you are not subscribed to the mailing list, you will then be notified via inbox message. This will give you the chance to opt out. You will have the choice to decide if you want to remain a member of the up and coming new site that it will become or simply have your account deleted.

Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and without pay. Fraud includes, but is not limited to: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using fake information to complete offers; using information that is not their own to complete offers; using pre-paid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers that are not in your name or information; completing offers more than once; canceling offers and/or trials immediately; having more than one account per household; using or promoting the use of bots; clicking do not click links in ptc.
While we do not share your personal information as a member of DollarClickOrSignup. If you are caught frauding or cheating DollarClickOrSignUp and your account is terminated by DollarClickOrSignUp for those reasons then your information such as your username, IP, and offers completed are NOT considered personal information, and will be shared with other site owners and/or advertisers at their request. In addition, publicly slandering DollarClickOrSignUp if found to be fraudulent can result in legal action for libel and/or the fraudulent proof to be posted publicly for all to view.

Members will be paid via PayPal, Money Order, & Gift Cards (Please read Help page for details and fees). DollarClickorSignup will pay members from AU, CA, UK, & US that request payment 2 times a month , if payment request is received from 6th of the month to 20th of the month will be paid on the 25th, if payment request is received from 21st to the 5th payment will be made on the 10th, payments will be made within 1 to 2 days or a reasonable time after. All other countries will be paid on a net 30 basis. If necessary, payments may require additional time in order to be processed. Offers that the member completed in the past month may not always be confirmed the month after, as some offers take longer to receive commissions on. All DollarClickOrSignUp.com members understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until DollarClickOrSignUp.com has received payment from its advertisers. Before payment is made, every account on DollarClickOrSignUp.com is audited to ensure that no fraud has taken place. DollarClickOrSignUp.com will never be deemed as owing payment to any member. Payment will only be made after verification that the offers they completed have been validated and paid upon. DollarClickOrSignUp.com reserves the right to request ID verification for any and all accounts. This request may be made without stated cause. If this request is denied, DollarClickOrSignUp.com reserves the right to withhold funds.

DollarClickOrSignUp.com shall, at no time, be held liable for any result of the use of the member's account. This includes, but is not limited to: termination, suspension, information dissemination, legal proceedings against you, damages (actual or consequential), suits, losses, judgments, litigation costs, attorneys' fees, and any other consequences. Any and all consequences of decisions the member makes on any website listed in 'offers' will be the sole responsibility of that member. DollarClickOrSignUp.com will not be held responsible for any and all actions performed on any and all advertisers websites and/or with their products and services.

DollarClickOrSignUp.com has no commitment toward any of their users and/or members. DollarClickOrSignUp.com shall, at its discretion, terminate the service for any and/or all users and/or members at any time, without any notice. Upon termination, DollarClickOrSignUp.com does not have any commitment toward any user/member whether past or present.

Termination of a member's account does not merit the creation of a new account. There is only one account per household allowed. If more than one account is created in the same household, this is considered fraud and both accounts will be deleted with all monies forfeited. Members may cancel the use of DollarClickOrSignUp.com at any time by emailing ClickOrSignUp@gmail.com and requesting account termination. In addition, members who are inactive for 6 months or longer will have their account removed. DollarClickOrSignUp.com may, for any reason, at any time, without prior notice or warning, terminate any account. These terminated accounts shall lose any and all potential benefits associated with the site, including, but not limited to cash earned and prizes requested. DollarClickOrSignUp.com will not offer or owe anything to users whose accounts have been terminated and/or suspended. DollarClickOrSignUp.com reserves the right to terminate the account and withhold payment from any and all members that are deemed to be fraudulently completing offers, no matter how significant the degree of fraud.

Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant.
